Cleanability
| Knauf Danoline products are exceptionally easy to clean. Removal of dust can be carried out using a dry duster or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment. Minor soiling for example from fingerprints can be easily removed using a damp cloth and where necessary a mild neutral detergent solution. Stubborn marks and damages can be wiped clean and then repainted – see further advice on maintenance. All Knauf Danoline surface finishes can tolerate normal cleaning practices and general purpose, neutral, cleaning solutions employed in public, institutional and residential buildings. Where harsh detergents or rigorous cleaning regimes are employed for example in hospitals and similar areas where infection control must be observed, the white foil finish is best suited, being not only exceptionally easy to clean but also able to tolerate tough cleaning and disinfection agents with pH levels from 2 – 13. |
